To find your best fit, kindly follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Take a piece of paper and place it on the floor.

2. Trace the outline of your foot using a pen or pencil at a 90 degree angle. 

3. Use a ruler to measure the length from the longest toe to the back part of the heel. (Note : Please do not use a measuring tape as the measurement may differ).

4. Make sure you get the right measurement in centimetres (cm). If your foot is longer than the other, please take the longest foot measurement.

Disclaimer :
Shoe comfort is dependent on a combination of factors such as size and design/cutting. For example, shoes that are of the same size, but are different in design/cutting, may not give you the same level of comfort.

      At Madre, we always evaluate on how to optimize our operations to meet our customers’ expectations. COVID-19 has disrupted our operational capacity and delivery as movements of both internal manpower and delivery partners are constrained.

      To continue providing the best possible service for our customers, we are making several adjustments to our delivery processes to meet with government's Movement Control Order. Parcels will be processed normally, however, the delivery time will be slightly delayed as per the limited number of delivery partners pick up.

      Because we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept an exchange or return for a product with terms and conditions below :

      • Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item, OR the item received is faulty caused by the factory.
      • Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 3 days (Peninsular) and 5 days (Sabah/Sarawak) after the product is received.
      • Any exchange with cash is strictly not allowed.
      • The exchange product must be in the same condition (unworn / unused) as per received. It must also be in the original packaging box.
      • Exchange only can be allowed with the same design and colours.
      • The replacement items are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you can exchange with another design that is equivalent or there will be an additional charge if the new item is higher than the purchased product.
      • No refund will be returned if the new item price is less than the original purchase.
      • Madre Sdn Bhd reserves the right for a final decision.

      Returns / Exchanges request with following reasons will NOT be accepted :

      • Any items purchased during sale or at discounted price are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
      • Any purchase that are bought from any third party. Please note that we do not have any registered agents or personal shoppers.
      Returns / Exchanges Postage Charges
      For the reasons stated above, returning and exchanging postages are free and covered by Madre.
      Reasons other than stated above, both returning and replacement postages will be bear by the customer.
