The main role is to implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels. They manage and supervise their subordinate towards achieving Madre goals.
Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media.
The Graphic Designer duties includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. They create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
Our sales team is our front liner. They are responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process and deliver the best communication service to our consumers.
The HR are in charge of the employee lifecycle and all the administration that goes alongside it. This includes in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, administration of payroll and managing disciplinary action.
Admin and Account
Admin and Account support the smooth running of offices by carrying out a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks. Their responsibilities include processing payments and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
