Returns & Exchanges
If you have an issue or are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us directly, and we will offer you solutions according to your case. We will confirm whether you need to return the item(s) and to which address you return it.
Returns / Exchanges request with following reasons will NOT be accepted :
- Any items purchased during sale or at discounted price are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
- Any purchase that are bought from any third party. Please note that we do not have any registered agents or personal shoppers.
Returns / Exchanges Postage Charges :
For the reasons stated above, returning and exchanging postages are free and covered by Madre.
We accept an exchange or return with terms and conditions below :
- Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item, OR the item received is faulty caused by the factory.
- Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after the product is received.
- Any exchange with cash is strictly not allowed.
- The exchange product must be in the same condition (unworn / unused) as per received. It must also be in the original packaging box.
- Exchange only can be allowed with the same design and colours.
- The replacement items are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you can exchange with another design that is equivalent or there will be an additional charge if the new item is higher than the purchased product.
- No refund will be returned if the new item price is less than the original purchase.
- Madre Sdn Bhd reserves the right for a final decision.
