RETURN POLICY

Exchange / Refund requests with the following reasons will NOT be accepted:

·       Any items purchased during the sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchanges/refunds.

·       Any purchases that are bought from any third party. Please note that we do not have any registered agents or personal shoppers.

·       The original receipt is required for this return process.

·       Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days from the date the item reaches you.

·       Exchange for monetary value is not allowed.

·       Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, untorn, or scratched condition along with the original receipt and packaging.

·       This process is subject to stock availability. An additional payment is required if the price of the item exceeds the price of the original item.

·       Products purchased at promotional prices cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please send an email to cs@madre.my by including the details below:

Email Subject: REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE – ORDER NUMBER (Example: MDR72###)

  • Name (as per invoice/receipt)
  • Email Address
  • Order Number (MDR72###)
  • Reason of exchange (Example: wrong or defective items/change size)
  • Photos of the items you received (clearly showing the size/defect)

2.     We will reply to your email, and please expect the status of your request within 1-3 business days.

      After the request has been responded to, please follow our next instruction via email, and you may return the item to the address below by using your preferred courier service

  • Reason of refund (Example: defective items)
  • Photos of the items you received (clearly showing the defect) 

2.     A complaint form will be provided via email for you to fill in. Please expect the status of your request within 1-3 business days.

3.      After the request has been validated, you can return the product to the address below using your preferred courier company. Madre will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your return package handled by the chosen courier company.

4.       The returned product will go through QC (quality check) by Madre and confirm that the product meets the characteristics we set. Please allow us 3 to 5 working days to process your request.
