EXCHANGE POLICY
Because we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept on exchange for a product with terms and conditions below:

1. Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 3 days (Peninsular) and 5 days (Sabah/Sarawak) after product received.
2. Any exchange with cash is strictly not allowed.
3. The exchange product must be in the same condition (unworn/unused) as you received. It must also be in the original packaging box.
4. Exchange only can be allowed with the same design and colors.
5. If the item is out of stock, you can exchange with another design that is equivalent or there will be an additional charge if the new item is higher than the purchased product.
6. No refund will be returned if the new item price is less than the original purchase.
7. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged caused by factory
8. Madre Collection reserves the right for a final decision.

Note: Any exchange, return and refund is not applicable for purchase made during SALE. Customer is suggested to get the correct shoe measurement with the guide on our website before making any purchase.
 
SHIPPING POLICY
-We post our products with Ninja Van for Peninsular Malaysia (RM10), and POS Laju for East Malaysia (RM15) courier service.
-If you intend to exchange through the post (Ninja Van, POS Laju, and etc), pack the purchased product with its original packaging box along with receipt.
-Depending on where you live, the time taken to reach may vary.
-Any shipping with total over RM400, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is to ensure your item will arrived safely.
