You can browse our website (www.madre.my) and click on the items you're interested in. If it's available for purchase, it means we have stock!
Can I reserve my item?
Unfortunately, you are unable to do that. It is on a first-come, first-served basis, and we highly recommend that you make your purchase as soon as possible.

How to know my suitable size for Madre shoes?
Madre shoes come in three types of cutting: Large, Standard, and Small.

Before purchasing, kindly measure your foot length and width (in cm) and compare it with the size chart available on each product page.

Are Madre shoes suitable for wide feet?
Our shoes generally fit feet with a maximum width of 10cm.

Do I have to create an account?
It is not necessary to create an account; however, we recommend that you create one to ensure a smooth checkout process for your next purchase.
I need to amend my order. Is it possible?
We highly recommend that you always double-check your order and shipping details.

Important: We can only entertain amendment requests made before 9 AM (the next day after your order) as we work towards fulfilling orders ASAP.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
How long do I have to wait to receive my order?
For orders within Malaysia, it will take 3-5 working days to receive your order via Ninja Van / Poslaju.
How to track my order?
You may track your order movement at tracking.my by putting the tracking number or simply clicking the tracking link attached to the shipment confirmation email.
Does Madre provide international shipping?
For international orders, we only accept to ship to Singapore, Brunei, and the United States, and it will take between 5-9 working days via Ninja Van.

Note: Customs or import duties are levied once the parcel arrives. These fees must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND
I received the wrong item / I want to change the size
We are pleased to assist you! Kindly read our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.

You may request for exchange within 7 days after the item reaches you.

Processing time: 2-3 working days once we receive the returned item.

Shipping fees:
  • Customer preference: You pay return & exchange shipping
  • Our error: We cover return & exchange shipping

Note: Items bought during Sale / Defect are NOT accepted for exchanges.
What is Store Credit?
Store Credit is a balance maintained in your account that can be used for your next purchase by logging in and proceeding with checkout.

Store Credit happens when:
  • You exchange for a lower-priced item
  • You agree to transfer refund to your account
  • An error occurred and both parties agreed to store credit
