We deliver to every states in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and United States.

Delivery charges are different depending on the region and weight of the items. Kindly click on the link below for details.

Shipping Info and Charges

Deliveries to Peninsular Malaysia usually would take 1-3 working days, and East Malaysia usually would take 3-5 working days. Meanwhile Brunei and Singapore would take up until 5 working days.

After your payment is completed, Madre will give you the tracking number for your item(s) via email. You can check the status of your delivery on the courier’s webpage here.

Yes we do but only during MCO period. We do cover around Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang and Bangi, provided that orders are placed before 12PM. Fees rate may vary depends on different areas.

ORDERS

Only order that are paid before 12PM (Monday-Friday) will be processed and delivered on the same day. Order that are paid after the said time will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

No delivery will be done on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holiday(s).

During MCO period, deliveries will take on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through bank transfer (online/ATM), cash deposit machine (CDM), PayPal, debit card, credit card and e-Wallet for both online or store purchases.

Yes of course! Customers may need to fill in Request Refund Form provided by our sales assistant. Your extra amount will be refunded through online bank transfer and the process will take within 14 working days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers can return / exchange as long as you follow our Returns and Exchanges Policies. However, to ensure a smooth process of returns / exchange, please contact our sales assistant +6018 668 6761 before you proceed with the shipment.

Please be reminded that shoes that are bought at a promotional price cannot be exchanged at all.

In Madre, we have a strict quality control (QC) process before we deliver our products to our customers.

Exchanges could be made if there are other shoes of the same design and colours in stock.

If the item is out of stock, you can exchange with another design that is equivalent or there will be an additional charge if the new item is higher than the purchased product.
