What is Defect Item?
Most of the time, defects are due to manufacturing errors at the time of production. Since our shoes are handmade, it can be a human error during the production, careless handling, or wrong usage of tools.
The following are some of the major defects in shoes which occur at the time of manufacturing :
1) Excess glue
2) Minor scratch or stain
3) Minor material decolor
4) Peeling
5) Irregular finishing
6) Crooked
Please note that all defects are MINORS and are still lovely to wear. The defects are less visible to the eyes and may not cause discomfort when worn.
If I'm not happy with the defects, can I make returns or exchanges?
Returns or exchanges are strictly not allowed. We advise to measure your foot length before the purchase to ensure the shoe size is correct.

- For orders of RM150 or more, delivery is free within Malaysia. 3-5 working days for delivery within Malaysia via Pos Laju/Ninjavan.
- We only ship to Brunei, Singapore, and the United States for international orders. Shipping will take 5-9 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.
- Customs or import duties are levied once the parcel arrives in its final country. These fees must be paid by the parcel recipient (this also applies to retail and wholesale clients).
- Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost because customs laws and import fees vary by nation.

Wipe down shoes with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.
Store shoes in a dry place. Use silica gel provided in the box to keep the shoes dry and minimize odors.
Avoid wearing the same shoes daily to preserve their quality and extend their lifespan.
Keep shoes away from direct sunlight, try not to walk on rocky terrain or wet surfaces.
